· 02 · The Method

Pick an amount. Pick a frequency. Don't stop.

That's the whole strategy. Dollar-cost averaging spreads your buy-in across time so you stop trying to time the market — and start owning it.

Read the full method
01

Choose an amount you can ignore

Whatever fits your budget. Once set, treat it like rent — it leaves your account whether you feel like investing or not.

02

Pick a fixed cadence

Weekly is the sweet spot. Bi-weekly works on payday schedules. Monthly is the bare minimum.

03

Run it for a decade, not a year

DCA is a 5–30 year strategy. Anything shorter is just trading with extra steps.
